A 13 month old un-spayed female would have 2 heat cycles at this age, if you saw on two occasions swollen vulva and a bit of blood she was in heat.If her nipples are swollen she could be going through a false pregnancy, reason for protecting certain spots in the house and being aggressive. I have had unspayed females but they never acted this way and their heat cycles were right on mark, 6 months apart. If you are not planning on breeding her PLEASE spay her. I lost two girls that were not spayed to Pyometra, all my other females were spayed. I agree with above members, get her to the vet for a check up, if she is producing milk I am sure there are meds to dry it. Good luck and please keep us posted on her.
