This happened to my neighbors dog the day after being spayed. She was threee when she was spayed and never had a litter. The day after her surgery she kept one of her stuff toys close to her and was very aggressive when anyone came near her. The vet said it was the change in hormones from being spayed. They had to take away her stuff toys for a week until her body adjusted to the hormone change. She did go back to herself after. Your dog may be coming in heat and the hormone change is causing her to act like this.
