i got akc papers the day i picked up my puppy, took them home filled them in and sent them out. you can take him to small claims for paying a price for an akc registered puppy under false advertising. maybe that will help cover some of the vet bills, you may not be able to get anything on that without proving that he knew the puppy was sick, or came from a sick parent. |
