Default Scooting Butt

Are there any other reasons a dog would scoot on their butt beside an anal sac problem. Boomer has been scooting on his but recently probably 2-3 times a week.

I mentioned it to the Vet last week and he said his anal sacs were fine. He didn't see any issue. He felt around the butt and expressed the glands.

He needs to go to the groomers so I thought it maybe that poop is getting stuck in his hair but I haven't seen any when I go to wipe him.

He does have allergies but lately they haven't been bothering him. So I am at a loss as what else it could be. Could it possibly be he just enjoys scooting on his butt? He doesn't do it every time we go for a walk but it is more than once a week I am noticing and usually on wood or tile flooring.

Thanks,
