Well, I googled for a couple of hours and decided to buy the Vimtag VT-361 HD Internet Connected Camera, less than $100.00. Amazon.
You can set it up so it only records when motion is detected and it will send a text alert to your phone, which is great. And you can pan and rotate the camera on your smartphone to get your pup in view.
Can't wait to get it!
