It is definitely a great thing to have but i remember one time I was almost in tears using it. Max had to go to the vet for teeth cleaning and we dropped him off and left Sasha at home. It was her first time ever being alone and I will never leave her alone again. Normally they both sleep 80% of the day but that day she sat in front of the gate the ENTIRE day crying. Every time she heard a noise she thought it was us and started jumping only to have her heart broken each time. We were both at work 45 minutes away so we couldn't just run home and get her. It tore my heart out to watch her that day, she was so lonely. I have never heard her cry like that before or since. Those sounds still haunt me. It hurt so bad to watch her I wished I did not have the camera that day.
