was a bit dull he was on a lot of meds and that didn't seem abnormal. Today when Valerie picked him up the vet told her if he kept barking to call and she would give her and RX for him. So...she took him to her house (she is fostering for the weekend and then he goes to his foster home) and he was barking up a storm. I told her he was probably just wanting to be held. She had to go out so she left a camera on and the whole time she was out he kept barking. When she got home she took him out of the X-pen she had set up for him....Voila! That was the problem...as soon as he was free to wander he was fine! No more barking!! He is eating well and goes from one bed to the other in her home. Bless his little heart, he probably has never seen so many clean dog beds.
Some pics she sent to me:

This whole story warmed my heart. I'm so happy Charlie was able to make it thru with flying colors and that's he getting the love and care each and every dog so deserves!
Thank you so much for keeping the updates rolling in and for everything you did for him!
