I didn't know CT could be managed with a pill. How does it work? I thought they had to surgically go in there and install rings to keep the trachea open.
I would also skip the ice cream. We always have Greek yogurt plain in the house. We only buy the full fat, but if you are trying to slim her down, they have the fat free kind too.
