Great news about the new office! That's a huge plus!

Are you moving into an apt building? If you have a balcony I'd make a box for a piece of sod. Probably more inviting to go pee on than astroturf. But make sure any gaps between posts or railing on the balcony is covered in chicken wire or similar so she can't fall out between them.

If no balcony then try the sod box in the laundry room or bathroom or wherever works. Take her to the box and say your pee command and point. She'll get it eventually.

I wouldn't use the cat litter though. Just lay a piece of sod in the box and change it out every once in a while.
