I don't have a problem with small amounts of organic plain yogurt. In the past, I would occasionally give a small bit to my dogs, but since I don't eat dairy anymore, I don't bother with it. I would not give the ice cream. Also, a dog w/ a collapsing trachea should be kept lean and at an ideal weight. You need to get the weight off of her. I have a dog in end stage collapsing trachea and it is not an easy problem to manage, so control what you can starting w/ weight.
