He has had all his puppy vaccinas and 1st rabies. I want to do the tieter testing too. The vet said since all his vaccines were done when he was a puppy he needs to have these boosters as an adult. After this rabies he can go to the 3 yr. one.
Then we can tieter after that.
All thoughts on my vets advice.
I really hate all the vaccines that vets give to all dogs.
But, as we know Yorkies are NOT regular dogs. 🐶

I like a vet that examines my dog nose to tail....looking at everything. Titers are not reliable. I would give the adults shots as your vet said. Then, go to a 3 year schedule on rabies. I would not waste my money on titers. My dog is 4 and I just had him vaccinated for rabies (3 year) and this is the last distemper/parvo vaccine that he will have. He will just have rabies after that.
