I've heard that most dogs will go into their next heat within about 6 months,depending on breed(size)and a few other factors like having other female dogs in the house.I would not have noticed the first time tika went into heat as she didn't bleed, it was my male that was suddenly very interested!He's starting to follow her around sniffing at her all the time,she's not too impressed lol.I plan on breeding her when she goes into heat again but not to my male as he's a little too big.
