I think what the original poster described was a bit different. Is this the hair that is dark or her skin? It is a bit hard to see in the photo...
If it is the skin, you should take her to a vet. Hair...I would be less inclined to worry about it. Sometimes, if they lose hair in spots, it can come back black.
