I don't know what to do, earlier I noticed my dog was not walking normally he was walking with his tail between his legs and he hasn't went to the bathroom yet he kept going under my bed so I bought him some pumpkin to relieve what I thought was constipation but then he ate and played with a toy seemed totally normal but then he barked and immediately yelped in pain everytime since he's yelped when barking I feel so terrible and I don't know what to do
