Our Bella uses Top Paw brand training pads from Petsmart. They have light blue edges, are ultra-absorbent, and are treated with a scent attractant that encourages the dog to pee on them. Check the box to see if they have the attractant. Here is the link to what we use, although we get them in the huge 300 pad boxes:

Edit: According to the reviews on the Petsmart website, Top Paw may have changed how they manufacture the pads since I last bought a batch. The new reviews are bad. I have excellent results with the original light blue border version, though. I hope that Top Paw gets their act together before I have to buy another batch.
