For what it's worth, our Bella's ears were not completely upright until 6 months of age, although they were starting to go up at 4 months. We did not tape them--they went up on their own. Bella was cute with floppy ears anyway, and we didn't want to go through with the hassle of taping. It turns out we didn't need to.
