Are all pee pads different? I had the ones that have the dark blue edges and Daisy went on it all the time, now that I got a gift of 100 pee pads and they are different, Daisy just goes anywhere. These pads have the light blue edges. She seemed to do great with the first set but I ran out and received these ones. Both boxes do say training pads. Anyone else have this issue? Thanks a bunch
