Will AKC actually do anything if I do complain, like not let him register anymore puppies until he sends our papers, or will it fall on deaf ears??? I really wanted to avoid going to court but I don't know how to keep other people from ending up getting "taken" like I did. He does not have a web site as far as I know - guess he is what is considered a "backyard" breeder, though seemed like a very upstanding person - retired airline pilot, beautiful old home full of antiques and an antique business on old route 66 where we last visited in hopes of getting our papers. Just hard to believe he has done this to us. |
