I definitely think that is better than our situation. It is me, my husband, and our almost 15 year old. We have no family and very few friends where we live, so we are a tight knit group. That may have had something to do with it. I wish you and your family the best of luck!
P.S. My son loves being an only child now that he's older. He doesn't like to go to his best friend's house, because there are 5 children. His best friend loves to come to our house where it's very quiet. Maybe our dog took after our son!
