That's pretty lucky then! Just keep in the back of your mind that since you don't know the breeder and the dam and sire's health background, that there may be a slight chance of some type of genetic issue that pops up in a few years. They usually don't show up for a few years. Uni was diagnosed at age 3 with LP. Anyway, it would be a good idea to look into pet insurance BEFORE she is diagnosed with anything, bc if she is diagnosed then it would be a pre existing condition and many insurances won't cover the issue or would be more expensive to have the insurance in the first place.
