This re seller might not have the authority to resell per the contract the original purchaser signed. Most reputable breeders will take any dog back at any time that they bred and indeed insist on that. So yes I would want to know the breeders name and the see a copy of the contract.

We have had on here a couple of folks that wanted to re home their dogs and THAT the BREEDER was not aware of......

In terms of pricing that is a moot point if the breeder is supposed to get this puppy back due to what ever circumstances the original buyer finds themselves in that means they can't keep the pup.
