From what I've read and heard its dander that causes the allergies. Pollen ect, can stick to the hair and when the child plays with the dog they will start sneezing from the pollen on the coat.. I think it really depends on what causes the asthma in your child..
My son gets asthma from feather pillows and moldy stuff.
If I run across any documentation I'll be sure to pass it on..
