I may be picking up this adorable puppy tomorrow so need help identifying breed quick! Seller said he has AKC register papers (as yorkie terrier), but I read that Biewer terriers can only be registered as BBIR? AKC recognizes Biewer as a different breed? This led me to believe that puppy is a parti? We haven't seen the puppy yet, but he said tail is black. Do Biewer have black tail?
Also, how much is a reasonable rehoming price?
