A- Nausea - Not uncommon with water if over drinking or slow empting time in the stomach. With food it could be the same reason with empting usually its the food. Especially if the vet checks and testing have been normal. A floating esophageal hernia will also cause regurgitation and throwing up. Also slow your dogs eating down give small portions multiple times a day and switch foods. If pup is gulping food air will build up and cause belching and throwing up. Although, there are many things that can cause this if pancreatitis has been diagnosed in your dog at any given time you can be assured it is the FOOD! Cook organic chicken and instant rice see if that helps.
As far as anal glands they can get infected however, it would be constant and the symptoms would be a bit different. Unlikely
Hope this helps.
