Be thankful it was a rabbit and not a skunk. Barney's ear still has stink in it. He didn't actually get it. But ran up to our chain link fence and got sprayed through it. This was 2 months ago and his ear still stinks! Fortunately/unfortunately I was near him. So we both stunk for a while.
