My yorkie pup is about 18 weeks old and blowing her coat. I just noticed today a small black patch of short black hairs and skin in that area is slightly darker than on other areas of her saddle. Anyone have any insights into what is this and the cause? Will the patch grow in size and be permenant with no hair that won't grow like the rest of her coat? Is she stressed or a sign of health issues?

I've attached couple photos.
