I have a jumper, he's 10 now and luckily he's on the bigger side, but I still cringe when he does it! I haven't been able to get him to stop except to say STOP every time I see it. Other than that, what I don't see could be the end of him. I hate that I can't always stop him but he's going to do what he wants to do and I continue to pray he does not get hurt every day! Not the best answer, but I think you have your answer already, you pretty much can't stop him but try to protect him by lining the floor with pillows, rugs, etc. He sure is a cutie!!
