What kind of cough syrup ? IMHO cough syrup should not be used with bronchitis as just with people they need to cough to get the gunk out & if you suppress the cough that can lead to pneumonia. IMHO Mucinex would be a better choice as it thins the phlegm so they can cough it out easier witch in turn helps alleviate a lot of the coughing. I would ask your vet about the Mucinex. |
