Welcome to YT. A Morkie is NOT a BREED, it is a mix of 2 breeds once called a MUTT, there are no "standards" in size or weight when it comes to mixed breeds. You can place her in any group you want, if she stays 5 lbs. and you want to say she's a toy, so be it, it's your choice.
