Diet is the key. Anal glands are not really glands , they are pockets of skin. Allergies are the cause of anal gland issues. Have you found out what she is allergic to ? If not then that is where you need to start as eventually she will start having other issues from allergies that you can't just remove. It may be food OR seasonal allergies but whatever it is, you need to find out.
