I am in the Seattle Washington area, so we have a few real cold nights but not extreme cold or snow but definitely colder than say, Arizona. I will have warm clothes for Sammy as well. I would prefer outsideand of course all shots will be kept caught up. I am just not sure if its to cold here or not. I would be taking him out not letting loose in yard. Any input is very welcome.
