Any suggestion or help on getting my 10 month old to stop going after my male 12 year old dog? She's more dominate and they get along fine most of the time but every once and awhile she decides to really go after him. This last time I was across the room and it took me a minute to get to them and separate them. He ended up pulling a muscle and is now on pain and muscle relaxers. She's really sweet normally and I'm unsure what starts the altercation. She just seems to go for him for no reason.

My daughters female poodle mix comes over frequently and she's fine with her, but Layla, my daughters dog, has always ruled here. (I call her the Queen Bee). Layla and my male have always gotten along great.

Not sure how to address it and don't won't him hurt again. Was hoping she'd outgrow it.
