I see you are in Ca. Do you have any foxtails in your yard ? She may have one up inside her. Those foxtails can go rite in there when they squat to pee. My 1st yorkie had this happen & the darn thing worked it's way up in her, traveled through the fallopian tube & came out her belly through her ovary. Something else that can cause these symptoms is Cushings also Diabetes.
