I know there have to be decent homes out there...I have friends who have recently placed their parents...but I have to say...I never worked in a facility for the elderly again. It was too aweful...and left me feeling hopeless daily.. I wish you all of the best...and know that you will be someones best "devils advocate" someday when they are inspecting a nursing home..
