Welcome to YT..I agree Maximo gave some great advise. The growling is just playing. Yorkie pups are very hyper, your baby sounds like a normal yorkie pup to me lol, nipping at feet, tell him "no biting", any unacceptable nipping or hard play biting correct with words "no biting", yorkies are very smart and catch on fast, but, you must be consistent in your corrections, reward and praise when he does as you ask.. You can try Bitter Apple on walls, molding, furniture, anything he is chewing on that he's not supposed to, it worked for 3 of my pups but, the last pup actually liked it lol. Make sure all wires (lamp, TV. stero) are not accessible to him. Confine puppy to a small area, when he is 100% pad trained then he can free roam of the house. At 12 weeks he is just a baby and cannot be expected to hit the potty pad 100% of the time. Lots of patience and consistent redirecting is needed. Enjoy these puppy days, they grow so fast.
