My mom just found out yesterday that her 10.5 year old standard poodle, Wesley, has advanced gallbladder cancer that is "aggressive". They are giving him 2 weeks - 1 month. He had not been eating well, along with increased weight loss. His blood work showed his liver was upset, and the ultrasound confirmed the cancer in his gallbladder. I just wanted to see if anyone had experience with this, as I refuse to think that he has such a short time. He is a happy guy, who is still rolling around on the bed and playing normally. He is literally her "angel dog" - brought to her at a time when God knew she needed a guardian angel, even if he was covered in hair
