The rest depends on how you plan to use it. I am a runner and need on that like lots of use and different terrains, grass, gravel, trails. I use the Pet Gear NV for that.

If you are going to be side walk, street use then you don't need one with those features. I use the standard Pet Gear for just going into crowds etc. it has the inflatable wheels and no zip cover.

That being said - I have a sports car and the two stroller I just mentioned don't close down as flat as I need if I'm putting lots of things in my trunk. Any stroller that has 3 wheel is not going to fold as flat the the 4 wheel kind.

Good luck with your search.
I use the Pet Gear NV for everyday use and I love it. We make many weekend trips to Charleston SC and it is a much smoother ride on cobblestone streets for the babies. It services me well too, I am 5'8 some of the strollers are back breaking low with my old one by the end of the day I would be exhausted and walking bent lol.

They do take up more room in a vehicle, I have a Tahoe so it fits well with plenty of room to spare. A sports care would be a tight fit to try to carry other things. I am a huge fan of the rubber tire verses plastic tire, it's like going from an old Pinto to a new Cadillac. To me its worth the extra money for the rubber tire, they will last much longer.
