Film Update on our eye/aggression issue

I have made a couple of posts in the last couple of months regarding my Moka's eyes (her pupils appear constantly dilated) and her sudden onset of aggression. She had a follow up apt today and I don't recall the correct medical terminology but she has two different eye issues. She has thickening of the lens that is for the most part, part of the aging process and we have to watch her for cataracts. Then she has a condition where the muscles that control the irises are weak causing her eyes to be constantly dilated. Vet said its not painful unless she is in bright light, but she could be having issues with focus causing her some confusion and could contribute to her reacting with aggression. She has this in both eyes which I took to be somewhat uncommon. We are going to try some meds to ease her anxiety. Funny, I always thought it was my Mylee who had anxiety issues and needed Valium, but I can see where Moka's anxiety is altogether different. From here she'll need a doggie ophthalmologist. Anyway, thought you might be interested in the update.
