Yes on the no zip!
The rest depends on how you plan to use it. I am a runner and need on that like lots of use and different terrains, grass, gravel, trails. I use the Pet Gear NV for that.
If you are going to be side walk, street use then you don't need one with those features. I use the standard Pet Gear for just going into crowds etc. it has the inflatable wheels and no zip cover.
That being said - I have a sports car and the two stroller I just mentioned don't close down as flat as I need if I'm putting lots of things in my trunk. Any stroller that has 3 wheel is not going to fold as flat the the 4 wheel kind.
