I buy Mario's in the large (30lb) bag. Then I fill a 1.5 gallon tightly sealed bucket and a 5 gallon almost air tight sealed bucket. This bucket has an o-ring around a tight fitting lid. Do not recall where I got it. It was a bulk food container. I refill my smaller house container from the 1.5 gallon so I am not exposing/opening the bulk of the food in the 5 gallon container regularly. So far, it stays fresh this way, and Mario is thrilled. It is a little cheaper on my wallet to buy the big ones too.
