I feed 3 yorkies- my two 6 1/2 lbs and my daughters 12lb (she eats almost 2x the littles)- I got the 14 lb bags (earthborn Holistics)and was buying them often- I found the 28 lb bag stayed fresh and saved me quite a bit. I fill a big canister on the counter and am careful to roll down and seal the original bag.
