Definitely have the baby teeth removed when she is spayed. That would be perfect timing.

I would hold the rabies vaccination for at least a couple weeks after she is spayed. I'm with the school of thought that says that vaccinations and anesthesia in one day is too much. We split out vaccinations here too, don't give them all in one trip to the vet.
