NutriCal is not a required medication...it is a sugar boost for dogs that may have a predisposition to falling blood sugars. Not every yorkie requires NutriCal just by virtue of being a yorkie puppy! If your puppy is eating, you dont need to supplement his blood sugar with a sugar boost. If your puppy is having medical issues in spite of eating well, this requires diagnosis of what the issue is.....

I have never sold a puppy that had blood sugar issues....none of my puppies until they are sold, have ever had blood sugar issues.....this is not a condition that occurs in every single small dog/puppy/yorkie.....

Before I got into breeding, I had purchased a tiny baby that had glucose issues, which he had his entire life....he lived to be 8 years old, but this was something I had to pay close attention to....my precious little tiny Bumper only weighed 2 lbs full grown....he was absolutely the love of my life......my dear friend Pat had made him a leather jacket with fringe, with a tiny little cap....we put Harley-Davidson patches on the jacket and cap....I cry now, after all these years, remembering that precious little devoted soul.....
