Hi and welcome. Congrats on your new baby! I had this problem with Presley. We taped and taped, needless to say the struggle was real! I googled and found what worked for us, you take a ceral box cut it a little smaller than the inside of your baby's ear (in the triangle shape of the ear) place it on the inside the ear to make sure it fits well, then take eyelash glue and put that all over the printed side, let it sit a minute, when it gets tacky stick it in the ear and hold it there until it stays. It will stay there several days, when they start to come out use a q-tip with baby oil and they will come right out, repeat this process for 2-3 weeks. Usually it doesn't take that long but I was still struggling with Presley's ears when he was 5 months and my breeder told me I needed to keep them up as much as possible while the cartilage was still forming. I did this and I swear by it! I have had no trouble with his ears since. I also fed him a little bit of cottage cheese to give him extra calcium through the teething processes to aid in the cartilage. This is not how most people do it, but it was so much easier on Presley and me when we were going through that process. There is some pics in my profile that you can see the cardboard in his ears

I wish you luck!
