I use the trick of "dropping" something from the counter tops like I dropped it while cooking. The pups don't even take the time to see what it is and gobble it down. They'll now eat carrots, green beans, lettuce etc... from doing this.

Have you tried cereal like Cheerios?
Have you asked your vet? Finnigan has prescription treats from Science Diet that we give. Mine also gave me a couple recipes for home made treats if you'd like.
