Poor guy. I hope he feels better soon. I know when cats have pain peeing or pooping, they associate the pain with the little box, or where they go to do their business. I wonder if it is the same for dogs. Perhaps that is why he is going in weird places. I see you mentioned even when outside he is acting strange? Any change in diet? Maybe he is constipated? Is the poo consistency normal?
