Is there anything else I should do? My vet is closed and I'll have to call tomorrow morning.
I am fully stocked on Flagyl, Albon Suspension, and Lomotil Liquid. I feel like I should give him some Flagyl but I'm not sure.

Just an FYI: Flagyl is an antibiotic and not given for ingestion of chocolate.
Why you are "fully stocked" on the meds you listed is beyond me, but please speak with a vet about when you should be giving them.
Hope your pup is doing ok now. In the future, since you do have an EC to call, I would suggest you call them before doing anything. Hopefully you won't have any more such emergencies.

But,these pups can get into the darndest things. Peroxide can be indicated for some things that are ingested, but not for others. Better to call first!
