If you don't have a local compounding pharmacy your vet can contact Diamondback Drugs in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Diamondback Drugs - Veterinary Pharmacy and Pet Medications

They are a large compounding pharmacy for animal medications and ship worldwide. Their prices are reasonable, their shipping is also quick and reasonable. They can compound just about any medication into appropriate doses and flavors dogs like. If Tramadol is a medication your dog takes regularly, it is definitely worth it.

I had another suggestion, but THIS is the way to go, so I will suggest this be the route you take! I have put this in my "dog meds/dosing" folder, in case I ever need it!!
