 Any suggestions with pills
I haven't been here in awhile so I'll give a little background. I have a little girl that I rescued from a horrible pet store, she was in terrible condition and I knew she was in trouble. Long story short, she was born with both hind legs out of socket, femurs had to be shaved, she lost one hind leg and now is my three legged wonder. She suffers especially when the weather is bad with arthritis like I do so she is on tramadol but I have a horrible time giving it to her. I've tried everything from melting it, cream cheese, peanut butter, pill pockets to hot dogs. As soon as the pill touches her tongue she foams and creates slime. Once we get it down her it helps her tremendously, it's just getting it down her. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? |
