There is a separate "BREEDER TALK" thread or whatever you call it, on the main page, you could post there. Or you could start a new thread on the main forum and put the breeders name as subject line, (eg. Beware of "littlebieweryorkies") so if anyone comes to the forum to check on this breeder they will hopefully see the message.
